Your Medpac will initially come with these items included, however they are also available to buy separately if you need to replace them in the future.

Both size Medpacs have a pocket inside for the treatment card, however this could also be used to store your own treatment plan assuming it could be folded to the relevant sized pocket.

How good is the insulation on the insulated Medpacs? What’s your advice for keeping meds at a certain temperature?
This is a challenging one as it so depends on where the Medpac is being stored, how full it is, outside temperature etc..
All we can say is that the thermal lining helps to regulate the temperature of the contents, and our Large Insulated Medpacs can also be used with our reusable freezer packs if your temperature requires low temperature storage.
Can I order samples?
Unfortunately, as we are a small company we are unable to send out free samples.
What’s your returns policy?
Our returns policy can be found here.
Do you do discounts for bulk ordering?
Yes, we offer a 5% for orders over £200 ex VAT, and you can read more about bulk ordering here.
Can Medpacs benefit the elderly?
Medpacs can benefit anyone that needs to store and carry medication, whatever age.
How durable are Medpacs?
Medpacs have been designed to be durable and affordable - we have reports of customers are still using Medpacs daily that they purchased in 2012!
How should I best look after my Medpac?
They should be sponge washed if they get a bit grubby, and you can order replacement ID/Treatment Cards if your circumstances change.
Is there any way of padlocking Medpacs (to keep children out)?
Medpacs are designed for emergency and prescription medication, by definition this may have to be accessed quickly and therefore we do not advise padlocks.
However some customers have a requirement to make them “tamper proof” and for this we recommend that the zips on the Large Insulated Medpacs can be closed using resealable cable ties for easy access.
